About Farm Futures
Farm Futures is an infrastructure project that combines Bitcoin mining, AI computing and solar energy. The platform runs two computing workloads — Bitcoin mining and AI compute — on a mix of solar, wind and other power, and invites people to follow the project and invest in it.
The project develops and operates computing infrastructure: solar generation and electrical supply feed mining machines and GPU servers. Revenue is intended to come from the computing work the infrastructure performs.
Both workloads use the same underlying resources: electricity, cooling and facilities. Because they can be balanced against each other, power can be allocated where it is most useful at any given time — a model we call hybrid computing.
Because the site has room for far more machines than today's profit alone can fund quickly. Mining hardware is bought in batches, and a machine's output is shared between operating costs (power, maintenance, staff and security, which take the larger part), investor returns and the farm's own margin. Outside capital lets the farm add capacity now instead of over several years; investors share in that output through the plan ranges, and the farm keeps operating the machines after the six-month term. One third of the farm's net profit is also reinvested in new equipment every period. Returns are illustrative and not guaranteed.
The farm has operated privately for about five years. The project (land, mining machines, solar plant, halls, cooling and power lines) is valued at about 30 million USD, after about 36–37 million USD invested, on a site of about 50,950 m² with about 11,000 m² built. These are the operator's figures; the Transparency page shows the status of each figure.
On the Transparency page: each figure with its status label (verified, estimate or planned), how the capital is used, and the payout record as payouts are made. For security, the site's location is not published.
Technology
Bitcoin mining uses specialized computers to secure the Bitcoin network and process transactions. Miners are rewarded in bitcoin for this work. The activity is electricity-intensive, which is why power cost and supply matter so much.
AI computing uses GPU servers to train and run artificial intelligence models. Demand for this computing capacity grows as more applications rely on AI, and it can be scheduled alongside other workloads.
Solar panels generate electricity during daylight hours. That electricity directly powers the computing equipment, reducing reliance on the grid and stabilizing operating costs over time.
An energy management layer decides how much available power goes to Bitcoin mining and how much goes to AI computing. The default allocation is 70% to Bitcoin mining and 30% to AI computing, and administrators can adjust it as conditions change.
Investments
Three tiers are available: $300–$999 (Starter), $1,000–$9,999 (Growth) and $10,000+ (Pro). Every plan, figure and condition is published on the Investment Plans page and shown in full before you confirm.
The minimum investment is $300, matching the Starter plan.
You create an account, choose a plan and amount, review the terms, pay through a supported network, and wait for the payment to be verified on the backend. Your investment appears in your dashboard once it is confirmed.
If the project publishes approved return assumptions, they are shown on the Investment Plans page and in the calculator with their conditions. Until those assumptions are approved and configured, no return figures are displayed.
Investments carry a six-month principal lock-up period: the principal cannot be withdrawn during that time. The full conditions are displayed before you confirm any investment.
After logging in, your dashboard shows your investments, their status, start dates, lock-up progress and any confirmed or pending amounts.
Payments
Payments are made in USDT over TRON (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Ethereum (ERC20). The minimum investment is $300. Your order shows the exact receiving address and amount — send only that amount, only over the network you chose.
You can submit a transaction reference after paying, but a payment is only marked as confirmed after the backend verifies the transaction on the network. Never treat a submitted reference as confirmation.
Network congestion can delay confirmation. The status in your dashboard stays "pending" until verification completes — no action is needed unless support asks for details.
Referrals
Every account has a personal referral link and code. When someone you invite completes their first qualifying investment, a one-time reward of 1% of that investment amount is recorded, subject to the referral terms. The person you invite receives +1 percentage point on their first investment's illustrative return for the first month. Partners are ranked on the public 45-day leaderboard; the top three of each season earn +1.5%, +1% and +0.5% extra for the whole next season.
Only after the referred investment has been verified. Pending rewards become confirmed once that verification completes. Self-referrals and duplicates are blocked.
Security and Support
Passwords are stored using salted scrypt hashing, sessions use HTTP-only cookies, and state-changing requests are checked for cross-site request forgery. Always use a unique, strong password.
Use the contact form on the Support page. Logged-in users can also track their requests from the account area.
The complete Risk Disclosure is published under Legal. Every investment screen links to it before you confirm.
