Risk Disclosure
Last updated: October 2026. This page is a template for the project's risk information and must be reviewed and finalized with qualified legal advice for the project's actual business model and applicable jurisdictions before publication as final.
Investing in Farm Futures involves risk, including the possible loss of all or part of your capital. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of returns.
Bitcoin price volatility
Bitcoin's price can change rapidly and substantially. The value of mining revenue depends on market prices the project does not control.
Mining difficulty and network changes
The Bitcoin network adjusts mining difficulty automatically. Higher difficulty reduces the amount of bitcoin earned for the same amount of computing work. Network rules may also change over time.
AI computing demand and utilization
Revenue from AI computing depends on demand for GPU capacity. That demand may be lower, shorter-lived or more competitive than expected.
Electricity price and availability
Operations depend on electricity being available at predictable prices. Grid tariffs, supply interruptions or regulatory changes can affect costs.
Equipment and infrastructure
Mining machines and servers degrade, fail or become obsolete. Facilities require maintenance and may be delayed in construction or expansion.
Operational downtime
Any part of the system can go offline — for maintenance, fault, extreme weather or grid events. Downtime reduces the work performed and therefore revenue.
Technology and cybersecurity
Computing infrastructure and online accounts are exposed to cyberattack, fraud and software faults. Despite safeguards, losses can occur.
Liquidity and withdrawal restrictions
Investments are subject to a six-month principal lock-up period. Withdrawals follow the project's payment and withdrawal policy, and balances may be unavailable until conditions are met.
Potential loss of capital
You may receive less than you invested, or nothing at all.
Projections versus actual results
Any figure labeled estimate, target, planned or illustrative is not an actual result. Only figures labeled verified are backed by measured operating data.
